Enticing Listeners

HappenedHere is a dynamic theatre company, with a cast a stellar crew of writers and performers, showcasing rising talent alongside legends such as Stephen Fry and Dame Joanna Lumley. Sophie is part of the creative team transporting listeners to other eras through short stories in this exciting new podcast series.

“Sophie’s artwork, her attention to detail, her care and research brought a whole additional dimension to what we have been creating with a team of writers and storytellers. Sophie has that wonderful mixture of the soul of an artist and an analytical mind as well as being efficient and delivering when she says she will” - Robbie Stamp, Co-founder, HappenedHere.

Simplifying Method

James Lascelles and Rob Maguire’s book ‘The 3D Workplace’ makes business improvement accessible and friendly, laying out 3 dimensions, practical check lists and tools in a way that anyone can use them immediately.

Sophie has created illustrations to bring the content alive and make concepts approachable and friendly, conveying messages in the simplest way possible. Her knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean and Busines Improvement, combined with her graphics skills has led to the development of more visual tools and templates for visual managers.

Communicating Values

Pertalian is a new brand launched by recruitment agent Justin Alphonse. Sophie was commissioned to develop a series of illustrations that communicated a friendly, approachable business that values people and a ‘no fuss’ attitude.

Sophie’s illustrations developed into a visual language and informed the overall brand style for the business.

Visualising concepts

Allan Smith’s book ‘Effortless Persuasion’ and accompanying training course provides a systematic approach to mastering persuasive communication for personal growth and confidence in sales and leadership. Sophie developed illustrations of concepts and ideas throughout the book and training manuals.

Enriching Reports

Sophie illustrated outcomes from workshop discussions to communicate the key insights and emerging trends in future design for Motorway Service Areas in the context of electrification and its multi-dimensional impact. These graphics were developed and branded for publication in the final report developed by The Design Council, National Highways and Jacobs and Atkins Joint Venture.
