Catalyst wanted to bring life to the content whilst communicating with their distictive purple brand. This is a cover image for training slides and presentations.
These rich pictures were created to communicate key concepts in culture change and transformation including Hoshin Kanri and Agile Thinking.
Hoshin Kanri is a complex system of strategy and tactics. We used the space shuttle launch as metaphor to describe the multifaceted approach and the key methods employed.
We continued with the metaphor of a journey, bringing in the ‘Tour de France’ as inspiration to communicate aspects of fitness, agility, strength, autonomy, navigation and the winning goals.
